In-Store Purchases:

Can I make purchases directly from your physical store?

  • Yes, you can visit our Experience Centre to place an order with our retail team.

  • Payments can be made using a Debit/Credit Card or Cash.

  • Please note that you'll need to wait for the specified delivery timeline.

On-line Purchases:

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Dē Italia offers convenience of paying in all major payment methods accepted in India. However payments made through certain instruments may attract some additional fee which is charged by the banking institutes that facilitate such transactions. Read below to know more about the payment modes accepted at Dē Italia.

  • Digital Payment Gateway 


  • Cheque

  • POS machine – In-Store Payment

  • Cash – In-Store Payment

    Digital Payment Gateway

  1. Customers can opt to use our Digital payment gateway partner  to process their transactions using UPI, Debit cards and Net-banking only. Please note that Credit cards and Charge cards are not accepted using Paytm.

  2. **A convenience fee of 2% of the transaction value plus 18% GST on the convenience fee is charged by Paytm if Debit cards are used for the transaction.


  1. Customers can use NEFT/RTGS option available from the their respective banking system to process the payment. Please reach-out to our representative for banking details of Dē Italia . Please note that some banking institutes may cap the maximum limit for NEFT transactions, we recommend you check with them before initiating the payment.


  1. Customers can opt to use a Cheque to process the payment. All payments made using cheque must be drawn in favor of          “MVS E-RETAIL PVT LTD”.

       POS – In-store Payment

  1. Customers can visit any of our nearest Experience Center to complete their payment in-store. Please note that the payments accepted through POS machine facilitate the use of all major credit cards in India along with UPI and Debit cards.

  2. **A convenience fee of 2.75% plus 18% GST on the convenience fee will be charged by the banking partner for Debit card and Credit card transactions.


  1. Customers can visit any of our nearest Experience Center to complete their payment in-store using the Cash payment mode. Please note that Dē Italia accepts cash transactions of up-to 2 Lakhs INR for a single Order and providing details of customers PAN are mandatory for transactions above 49 thousand. Please note that maximum and minimum cash transaction values will change from time-to-time to adhere with governing laws of India and might not be updated here frequently. Please reach-out to one of our representatives for more details at the time of transaction.

My payment was deducted, but I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

  • If your account has been debited, your funds are safe.

  • Occasionally, this occurs when our payment partner encounters issues with bank confirmation or server problems.

  • Please allow a few hours for resolution. If the order is canceled, you'll receive a refund from payment gate-way within 5-7 business days.

  • If the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered/entered email address.

Is it possible to update my information on the invoice?

  • Once an invoice has been issued, it is considered a legal document and cannot be altered.

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently have the capability to make changes to generated invoices.

  • When will I receive the invoice for my order?

    • Invoices are generated once the product is ready for delivery or reaches the 'Dispatched' status.

    • You can download your invoice from the Order Page on our app/website.

    • A hard copy of the invoice will be provided by our team upon delivery. We can provide you with a proforma invoice as an alternative.
